Wonderful Wednesday!

Today was a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY in room 611! We have been working on learning Workstation procedures and learning to work together in groups. Our class has been doing a wonderful job of trying their best. Our class also visited the library today and checked out a book. Don't forget to send these books back next Wednesday!

Encourage your kids to continue working hard! We have a lot to learn this year!!

Just a Reminder!

 Homework started this week and is due on Friday! Remember to do one math sheet a night and read one book from your bag of books.  Don't forget to get plenty of rest, so we are ready to learn in the morning!

We will begin exploring our science kits next week. I can't wait to share pictures of this with all of you!

First Week

It has been a great week learning about your children! They are all very anxious to learn and are doing great! We have spent a lot of time getting to know each other and learning procedures. The Night Before 1st Grade

I know you are all getting ready for the first day of school tomorrow! I am very anxious and excited for the first day with all of you! Don't forget to put your magic confetti by your pillow tonight to help you sleep (remember I'll have mine by my pillow too!) I will see you all tomorrow morning!

Getting Closer!

I am very excited about the start of school this year! Last Tuesday I was able to get my class list and I even met a few parents. The new school year is getting closer!  I have been working very hard to get the classroom set up. I will finally be able to meet my students at Open House on August 18th.

I hope to see and meet everyone then :)
